Don’t ever take this too seriously….that is my job.  Your job is just to show up, hang out with me and all the other awesome people here at the gym and to have fun getting fitter, stronger, healthier, better looking, etc.  The second this ever becomes not fun then I am not doing my job.  I will try with all my being to make sure I do my job 100000% and you always have fun.  Let’s get at it!!!!

               12 burpees
              20 russian lunges (45lb plate)
             12 push press (95lb)
