I love this feeling.  The feeling of having nothing left in the tank.  The feeling you get after you put everything you have into a workout.  The feeling of gasping for air while your face starts to get puffy and red, and you get that familiar metallic taste in your mouth as you fight the hint of puking.  Call me crazy but that stuff gets me jacked.  It makes me hungry for tomorrow and for the next time I get to have those feelings of knowing I gave it my all.  GET BETTER EVERYDAY.

SWOD- Back Squat 3×5 (+5lbs)
               Press             3×5 (+5lbs)
 
WOD- AMRAP 10 mins:
            10 plyo push ups
           10 body rows (as close to horizontal as possible)
          10 side planks/per side
