Hey guys, quick question.  I was just wondering why you guys come to CrossFit Worthy everyday? More importantly, what motivates you?  What are you looking forward to each day and why?  Are you excited to see everybody and how they did?  Are you trying to be healthier for yourself or family?  Or are you just in the mood everyday to throw some weight around, get stronger and look better?  I guess those are more questions than a question.  Oh well.

              chin ups      3x max reps
WOD-  5 rounds for time:
             12 box jumps 24/20″
            10 ring dips
            8 push press @ press weight

  1. I guess i come for several reasons….

    – I love the extra energy it provides me for my daily grind
    – I want to be stronger and more fit
    – I really like the other people i work out with…it makes it a lot more enjoyable when people want to be there.
    – and the most important reason why i come there is i have a very young family…. i owe it to them to try and be healthy and extend the precious years that i will have with them!!!!!!

  2. It gives me something to look forward to. It is my main source of socialization. I can prove I can do something I didn’t think I could everyday. It gives me a routine. It gives me goals (and i for the most part). It makes me mentally and physically stronger. It surrounds me with some awesome like minded people. I gain confidence in myself and have learned to listen to myself more. I got sick of trying so hard to be a stick thin woman, when I am already muscular, so I figured I should make myself stronger and see what I can transform myself into.

    With that said, I am excited that I went down a band yesterday on my chin ups. Time was 11:38 (got to tackle those dips!)
