I watched a man suffer today….

He didn’t suffer under another man’s hand, he happily brought this pain and suffering upon himself.  Brian Anderson is this man, and Murph is the suffering he endured.  A 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, and another 1-mile run.  You may be thinking to yourself, “That poor guy, why would he do that to himself?” or something along those lines.  But he would most likely tell you to save your pity.  Because he destroyed this workout in remembrance of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy.  Nice job buddy….Nice job.
