Onward and Upward!!

I don’t really have a reason for that post title, and I don’t really have a story to go with it.  Sorry.  I just like to think positive and thought I would give you guys a little gem to keep in your head as you get half-way through a tough workout and start asking why you’re doing this to yourself.  Onward and Upward, progress, keep getting better.  Let’s get it!

WOD- Gymnastics Volume:
             5 minutes- handstand hold/HSPU practice
             Tabata- pushups & ring rows
            2 minutes- support on rings
           1/2 Tabata- bottom to bottom squats
           Tabata- L-sit & superman
 
XTRA- 10-15 minutes of mobility
