Just in case you were wondering, August is quickly approaching us.  Along with students coming back and taking over town, we will be seeing new changes and events brought to the gym.  Keep you eyes peeled on the posts as I will leak the info out to you all as it solidifies, does that even make sense?  Any who, I am super excited for what’s to come and I hope you all are too!

 

SWOD- Back squat 3×5 (+5lbs)
              Press 3×5  (+5lbs)
 
WOD- AMRAP in 10 mins:
            10 quick box-jumps
            6 up and backs (dot drillz)
           10 kb swings
           200m run
 
XTRA- 1A) 3×10 ring dips/pushups
              1B) 3×10/per side pistols on box
