Skill- Back Squat & Press (3×5, +5lbs)

WOD-  3Rounds:

  • 5 (heavy) Kettle Bell Swings
  • 5 Burpees
  • 200m Sprint
  • 5 KB Swings
  • 5 Burpees
  • 200m Run
  • 30 sec. Rest
