Late post, so I’ll just throw up the work…

SWOD- Supine ring rows 3×10 
               *Get as horizontal as possible, or even better, prop your feet up on a box.
 
WOD- AMRAP in 8 mins:
            6 bench press @ 70%
           8 dumb bell row RH
          8 db row LH
 
XTRA- Hyper ext. 3×10
