Good Morning 🙂 It’s Wednesday! Half way to the wonderful weekend! Ya know, I am not really into “living for the weekend”, but this week, I just want to SLEEP IN! ha! 🙂 For our anniversary we bought a new bed, and OMG it is SOOOOO COMFY! I do NOT want to leave my bed in the morning anymore! Alright, rant done. Can’t wait to see you today!!!!!!


1.) Make up a missed Workout
Spend 15-20 Minutes on Mobility
**5+ focusing on calves/ lower leg/ foot/ ankle area!
2.) 30 Minutes of Jump Ropes
2 min ON
1 min OFF
