Active rest day!

As usual Wednesday is an active rest day.  If you don’t know what that means then you should make sure to come in and ask me all about it!  Basically guys the reason we do an active rest day is to do just that, rest.  But not by sitting on your butt and being inactive.  Come in, do some serious mobilization to restore the sliding surfaces of your muscle tissue, work out any tightness, and get your blood pumping all in the sake of recovery.  By skipping on the heavy lifting and the intensity of a normal metcon, we give your CNS (central nervous system) a rest, and instead give time to focus on skill work, and usually do some lower intensity intervals to build aerobic capacity.
