EFFORT.

Are you putting forth full effort while at your gym “training” or “working out”?  If not then please take a step back and reevaluate why your there.  If you are reading this I’m assuming you are one of my athletes and

I know the kind of effort that you train with.  I hand program everything you do in here and I know what kind of effort it requires of you.  We are made up of a community of people who have decided to train with a reason and a goal in mind.  Everyone in here puts forth 100% effort on each rep of every set of each lift.  They don’t just cruise through the conditioning.  They aren’t foam rolling and mobilizing just to look busy.  My athletes are training to meet their goals and putting forth the effort each day to achieve them.

So I guess I just want to say thank you to my athletes.  Thank you for coming in here everyday and giving your all to get where you want to be.  It makes me proud to see you all work so hard and never cruise through the training.  As always, keep being awesome.

Lv. 1- Front Squat 5×3 (+5lbs)
            Bench 3×5 (+5lbs)
Lv. 2- Drop Snatch 5×3 [add weight, stay fast and aggresive]
            Front Squat 5@75%, 3@85%, 1+@95%
 
WOD- 4 rounds for time:
             5 burpee box jumps
             10 hand release push ups
             15 kb swings (russian)
 
Midline- Tabata superman/planks
