Just a thought, but does anyone else get sick of those “Today I’m thankful for…” that fill up your Facebook news feed? I like to see what people are thankful for, BUT why are people only thankful in November? I would like to see people posting those things randomly throughout the year! Another thing—if your involved in the “30 days of Thankfulness” would you please post things that your honestly thankful for, and not just “I’m thankful for T.V. & fast food” you know, because no human has ever lived without television or fried food!

                Power Clean & Power Jerk 5×2+1 (+5lbs)
Level 2: Power Snatch + Hang Snatch (full squat) @75% every 30 seconds for 5:30.
                Power Clean + Hang Clean (full squat) + Jerk @75% every 40 seconds for 7:20
Body Weight Volume: Chin-ups, 2 every 30 seconds for 5 minutes.
AMRAP in 8 Min.:
5 Hand Stand Push-ups
10 Toes to Bar
10 Pistols- alternating legs 
Midline- Tabata side planks
