Lv. 1- Front Squat 5×3 (+5lbs)
           Power Snatch + Overhead Squat 5×3
 
Lv. 2- Power Snatch + Hang Snatch  @ 75-80% every :30 for 5:30
            Power Clean + Hang Clean + Jerk @ 75-80% every :40 for 7:20
 
B.W.Volume- chin ups 2-3 every :30 for 5:00
 
WOD- 10 Rounds:
             10 Deadlifts @ 135/95
             10 push ups
 
Midline – Tabata side planks
