Quickie post!!  You guys are starting to trickle in for the 3pm class so I’ll have to be quick!  I’ve been running out of time lately!!  Glad to have you all back from break though!!  Get after it everybody!!

                    1B) Pendlay row 7×8-10
 
Skillz- 10:00 to work on HSPU/Holds/Walks
 
WOD- AMRAP in 10 mins:
             10 Burpees onto plate
             10 HSPU
             10 Db Squat Clean
 
Midline- Tabata Kayaks
