Busy Monday!!  I hope everyone had a great weekend!
 
Oly- Snatch 5×3 (any style)
 
Strength- Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5-5
                   3 box jumps after each set of squats 30/24
 
WOD- AMRAP in 10: 10 Ring push ups                 
             5 Power cleans @ 65%         
             10 Bar-facing burpees
 
Midline- GHD Hip Ext. 3×10 (weighted)
