STRENGTH-  Weighted chin-ups 5-5-3-3-1-1+ 
OR
       2 sets of negatives (weighted or body weight)
WOD-  5 Rounds:
10 Push ups
3 Clean & Jerks 185/135# or 70%
MIDLINE-  A.) Reverse Hyper 3×10
   B.) GHD Hip Extensions 3×8  weighted with hold at top
