We have officially made it exactly 1 week since we started the Paleo Challenge!!!  For the most part, everyone is doing really well! Some people have cheated, and paid for it. Others have stuck with it and are getting the hang of how they should be feeling! Personally, I have been feeling great! We’ve been doing 80/20 Paleo for awhile, but doing 100% is way different!
We will be CLOSED this Saturday (March 30th) for Easter weekend! 
Jeremy, Susie, Erika, Caleb, Kyle, & Paula went to a Strength Specific Seminar over the weekend!! We all  learned a lot and had a blast!!!  The guys running it, Breyen & Bill, were fantastic and super helpful! We broke down the Olympic Lifts, the Snatch, and the Clean & Jerk, and learned how to do them correctly and efficiently! 
CONGRATS  to our very own KATELYN BENO! She attended the CrossFit Level 1 Certification course at 810 CrossFit! We are very proud of you Katelyn and so excited that you learned so much 🙂

WOD-    3RFT (Reps For Time):
60 Double Unders / 180 Singles
16 Hand release push ups
8 Power Cleans 135/95# or 50%
MIDLINE-  Tabata weighted planks!
