Summer Schedule

With summer rapidly approaching we are excited to be rolling out a new and improved Summer Schedule! Starting the first Monday in May, May 4th, classes will be running on the hour, it will look like this:

  • 5:30am
  • 6:30am
  • 7:30am
  • 8:30am
  • 9:30am
  • 12:00pm
  • 4:30pm
  • 5:30pm
  • 6:30pm

This will allow you to have more options for class times, make the class sizes smaller so that we can make sure that everyone is getting the equipment they need, making your hour spent here to be the most efficient for you, and we will be able to start specialty classes like OLY and gymnastic specific classes and programs. In fact, our first specialty class will be a four-week gymnastics specific class led by Coach Katelyn; those details will be out shortly.

We have created a warm-up and post workout mobility area for your convenience, to be used before and after your class time.
