Susie Worthington:
The Owner and a Coach at CrossFit Worthy, and married to Jeremy. I have a bachelors degree in Early Childhood Development and was a teacher to many children before CrossFit Worthy. I didn’t start doing CrossFit, or really working out at all, until 2012, when we opened CrossFit Worthy. I have earned a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Kids certification as well as Bronze and Silver level certifications through Strength Specific Seminars for Olympic Lifting. I love making exercise and fun come together and I enjoy helping people in their everyday lives.
Jared Bradford:
I currently intern here at CrossFit Worthy through Central Michigan University. I will be graduating from CMU in May of 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. At CMU, I played 5 year of collegiate
rugby and was elected team captain in my third year. I spent my offseason time training at CrossFit Worthy and I fell in love with the workouts, atmosphere, and community! I began coaching the Teens program in January of 2015 and I hope to continue helping athletes of all levels reach their goals!
Brock Crystal:
I came to Worthy in 2013 after 10 years of cross-country running. I loved running, but I wanted to be a more rounded athlete. Gymnastics and Olympic weightlifting are my favorite CrossFit elements. I studied physics and foreign languages at Kalamazoo College before realizing people were my true passion. Coaching
allows me to interact with great people everyday and experience the shared joy of their accomplishments. I have my CrossFit L1, as well as my bronze and silver Olympic lifting certification from Strength Specific Seminars. My ideal CrossFit class is fun, uplifting, and high energy!
Conner Edelbrock:
