What made you want to create the CrossFit Worthy: I wanted to help people see their truest potential in life, as fitness did for me. I wanted to show ordinary people that they can achieve extraordinary things. I wanted to make a real difference in my community health.
Hobbies outside of Worthy: Coffee, Family time (wife, son, puppy dog), bike riding, rewatching “The Office”.

-Working on Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).
First CrossFit WOD: No clue, but I do remember my first group class had snatches and I knew right away we wouldn’t get along for a long time.
Favorite WOD: Southie
Least Favorite WOD: Batwings, that dang bike sprint kills me.
Favorite Movement: Squats and cleans, it’s a close call between the two.
Least Favorite Movement: Handstand Push-ups
What made you join the CrossFit Worthy Community: I was interested in started CrossFit during undergrad and this was the closest place. Once I started I immediately felt so comfortable and welcomed, this community has helped me in so many ways and it really is like one big family.
Goals for Worthy Career: To help as many people as I can to become a healthier version of themself and to show people anyone can do CrossFit.
Hobbies outside of Worthy: Hanging out with my dog, reading and anything outside.
