Personal training at CrossFit Worthy is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one environment. We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs, abilities, and fitness pursuits.
Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, have an injury, or are just not ready for group classes and want to achieve a higher level of functional fitness, we are here for you.
One of our coaches will meet with you to assess where you are currently at and where you want to get to, and create a plan that is right for you. We can also offer nutritional support to help you achieve optimal health.
30-minute session – $30
10, 30-minute session – $275 (save $25)
20, 30-minute session – $550 (save $50)
1-hour session – $55
10, 1-hour session – $525 (save $25)
20, 1-hour session – $995 (save $105)
Please note our Cancellation Policy for Personal Training: A 12-hour notice must be given or that session with be counted as “used”. Our schedules typically revolve around our clients. With a 12-hour notice the coach has the opportunity to fill that spot, helping another client.
